Surmount Studio Nights - Event Waiver and Cancellation Policy

Event Waiver

By participating in Surmount Studio Nights, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• You participate in this event at your own risk
• You are in good physical health and have no medical conditions that would prevent safe participation
• You will follow all safety instructions provided by event staff
• You release Twisted-Wood DBA Surmount Studios and its staff from any liability for injuries or damages that may occur during the event
• You consent to emergency medical treatment if necessary

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 72 hours before the event: Full refund

Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event: NO refund. 50% credit toward a future class

Cancellations made 24 hours or less before the event: No refund, but you may transfer your spot to another person

No-shows: No refund

Food Allergies

We take food allergies seriously. Please inform us of any dietary restrictions or allergies when registering. While we make every effort to accommodate dietary needs, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
